Jim Prince

Jim moved to Pennsylvania from Tennessee in 1986 and has been a resident of Millersburg since 1989. He currently works as a pharmacist with Walmart. In his free time, he is a volunteer computer teacher at the Northern Dauphin Christian School.

TJ Acker

TJ is a 2008 graduate of Millersburg High School (MHS). He resides in Millersburg with his wife Nicole, son Camden and daughter Carlee. TJ is a Recruiting Coordinator for the PA Army National Guard. He is also a volunteer firefighter with Millersburg Fire Company, an assistant football coach at MHS. TJ brings extensive social media and marketing experience to the Foundation Board. He also serves as the social media manager for Millersburg Football, Millersburg Fire Company and the PA Army National Guard Recruiting and Renton Battalion. TJ enjoys coaching all sports, and attending all Penn State athletic events.

Justin is a 2010 graduate of Millersburg High School. He currently resides in Millersburg and is involved in many local activities. Justin is the President and Co-Founder of the Millersburg High School Golf Boosters Club. In his spare time, Justin enjoys playing golf with his friends

Morgan Wagner

A proud lifetime resident of Millersburg, Morgan graduated from Millersburg Area in 2007. She graduated with honors from Susquehanna University in 2011 with a major in Political Science and minors in Legal Studies and Public Relations. Morgan is currently employed as the Research Analyst and Communications Coordinator for the Pennsylvania House of Representatives Republican Policy Committee. Through legislative hearings, meetings and discussions with Pennsylvanians across the Commonwealth, the Policy Committee conducts research and generates policy proposals aimed at improving the quality of life in the Keystone State. She has served on the Millersburg Area School Board since 2013.

Christopher C. Dietz

Chris made Millersburg his home in 2003. He was involved in planning the Millersburg Bicentennial, where he co-founded the Tour de Millersburg cycling race, and currently serves as President for Borough Council and Millersburg Rotary Club. Chris is a mechanical engineer and enjoys movies at the Colonnade, live music and programming at the Ned Smith Center, and supporting local businesses. Chris is a proud graduate of public high school and Penn State University. He resides in a home built in 1890 with his husband Alex Reber.

Daniel Troutman 

Daniel graduated from Millersburg High School in 1996 and attended York Technical Institute for HVAC from 1996-1997. Dan resides in Millersburg with his wife Rochelle and his daughters Lydia and Laura. Currently, Dan is the supervisor of building and grounds for Millersburg Area School District. He enjoys hunting and being at his camp in northern Pennsylvania.

FOUNDATION HISTORY

Established in 2001, the Maroon and Gold Foundation is an independent organization devoted to providing funds for academic programs support, facilities enhancement, and other special initiatives which are designed to benefit the students within Millersburg Area School District.

The Foundation is a 501 (c)(3) tax exempt corporation and is managed by a Board of Directors, drawn from the community, who meet regularly and function in accordance with adopted by-laws. None of the board receives any compensation, as the Foundation is a private, non-profit charitable organization.

The Foundation is dedicated to providing financial support and enthusiastic encouragement to all efforts that enrich the educational experiences of our students.
